rules and expectations
— I accept USD via PayPal Invoices and will only start work once payment is received. (ask about alternative payment methods)
— Commission prompts are finalized after the first payment is made, meaning there will be no drastic changes allowed beyond that point. Requests for alts after the first payment is not encouraged and will not be honored if it disrupts workflow. Additional chrages will also be made when needed. Drastic mid-process changes are only allowed for time-based options such as Custom Character Designs and Comics.
— Depending on commission type, you may receive WIPs which allows for changes and suggestions, and shows a rough estimation to what the finished product will look like. Completion of any scrapped thumbnails or ideas requires extra payment.
— Commissions have a limit of THREE revisions each (not including larger projects like Custom Character Designs and Comics). This doesn't account for the amount of fixes required within the project but the amount of overall request stages made on the client's part. every new screenshot after the initial screenshot wip updates use a revision stage, and additional charges will be made once three stages has been met.
— You will receive Full Resolution file(s) of your finished commission via DM and/or a Dropbox link). They won't be immediately deleted, however because of Dropbox's limited storage, the oldest files will be deleted as new files need to be added.
— You can ask at any time for updates on your commission, but asking every day or every other day is NOT recommended. WIPs are only available when they're ready for client review.
— Refunds will ONLY given if the commission is yet to be started a/o I am unable to proceed with the commission for whatever reason.
— I still have full copyrights to my work, and may use it to promote myself such as posting finished commissions to my portfolio/social medias.
— Commissioned artwork from porcuMoose Artistries is for non-commercial use ONLY and will not be resold for profit. If I discover a client using commissioned art for profit/merchandising, I am allowed to reclaim/reuse the art without refund as well as blacklist you from future commissions.
— I will not mimic another artist's art style and will always interpret characters in my own, which may involve stylistic changes and slight hue changes to bright/harsh colors, anatomy adjustments (ie accuracy to their species) Overly stylized styles might be adhered if it belongs to a franchise/not a singular average artist.
— I am not nor will I ever be an NFT(Non-Fungible Token) artist nor do I permit my art-- commissioned or not-- to be sold as NFTs. If I discover a client using commissioned art as NFTs or alter my art using AI programs, I am allowed to reclaim/reuse the art without refund as well as blacklist you from future commissions.
— I am not nor will I ever allow or contribute to AI(Artificial Intelligence) "art" generators including but not limited to Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E etc-- commissioned or not. If I discover a client using commissioned art for AI-generated image training, I am allowed to reclaim/reuse the art without refund as well as blacklist you from future commissions.
— "Ghosting" Termination policy: if no responses from the client occurs for two weeks or more at any point during the commission process(after payment's been made), I am allowed to terminate the commission with no refund, excess becomes a no-show fee. Full-res files of the art as-is will be sent before blacklisting from future commissions.
— In the case of intricate projects, there is a chance further payments will be needed after the initial payment should the time taken exceeds my estimated guess on time/price and will become an hourly wage of $20/hour until completion. Added time/payments may be needed in cases of excessive revisions, sequence/comic art, art including backgrounds, excessive props, excessive rendering, people who like to nitpick, and more.
— Lastly, I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason without explanation.By hiring me, Yendy Sauveterre, to do commission work, you automatically accept these terms and conditions even if you don't read them.

— Private commissions, meaning they won't be posted to sites/socials. (there is an added +50% fee with the exception of Vent pieces)
— Original Characters, Species and Creations.
— ANY SPECIES; Anthros/Furries, Human/oids of any body type, race, gender and/or ethnicity, Mutants/Hybrids, Monsters, Quadrupeds, Feral animals real or fictional.
— Characters of all ages.
— Horror, Gore, Violence. (minor to extreme)
— Various art styles such as realism, semi-realism, toon or fandom styles. (this excludes anime)
— Mature themes including Artistic Nudity, Pinups and obscure Fetishes. (MUST BE 18+)
— NSFW and Fetish themes only if the piece is able to have an SFW version.
— Clothing of all complexities.
— Man-made Structures, Buildings and Settings.
— Canon characters from established IPs as long as there's visuals.
— Fandoms and Fan-Characters.
— OC/Self x Canon.
— Robots, Cyborgs/Prosthetics, Mechs, Machinery and Vehicles.
— Comics/Sequential images.
— Sensitive Subject Material, including Vent pieces. (not to be confused with offensive)

— Greylisted IPs: Five Night's at Freddy's.
— Fictional/Mythological quadruped species in violence/gore/snuff scenarios, including but not limited to Dragons, Centaurs, biped species with alternate quadrupedal forms, etc. (NSFW inquiries/imagery for any quadrupedal bodies will still be rejected)
— Incomplete character designs. Characters that do not have set references and have only descriptions/scattered visual imagery will be considered, but will require additional charges for the extra time and effort needed.

— Blacklisted IPs: Hazbin Hotel. Helluva Boss. Harry Potter.
— Sexualized "Porn" content including intercourse, masturbation and other explicitly provocative imagery.
— Underage Characters or Feral Animals in harmful or exploitative situations including sexualization/fetishization, violence/gore/snuff, substance use, etc.
— Fetishized LGBT+ labeling including but not limited to "cuntboy/c-boy", "shemale", "dickgirl/d-girl", "herm/hermaphrodite", "futa/futanari", “trap” etc.— Incest of any kind, including "step/in-law" relatives.
— Racist material in any direction.
— Sexist material in any direction.
— Real Life people, aka Celebrities, Socialites, Actors, Politicians, Youtubers, etc. This excludes yourself and/or any persons who give direct consent to be drawn by me.— Imitating an individual artist's art style not belonging to a franchise or IP.
— Anime/Manga styles of any kind.
— Glamor/Fetishization of mental illnesses, self-harm, abuse etc.
Speed Fee:
+25% upcharge
when the Speed Fee is requested and paid, your commission will be worked on immediately rather than when you're up next in line of the Queue. this fee is good for deadlines or if you're just impatient. this fee is an additional +25% of the total commission price.
Private Commission Fee:
+50% upcharge
when the Private Comm Fee is requested and paid, your commission will not be posted to public social media platforms. posting commissions is my primary method of promoting myself, this fee is simply compensation for not being able to use the art for this purpose. this fee is an additional +50% of the total commission price. this fee is void for VENT commissions.
The "NSFW DEAL"
if your NSFW project can have a seamless SFW alt(doesn't require changing the entire image or looking like Spyro Working At Subway), then the project will be accepted. having SFW alts enables me to post your project publicly, avoiding the Private Commission Fee. by choosing this deal you consent to the NSFW version being posted on Patreon and Subscribestar under VELVET Tier as exclusive content with no public release dates on my end, leaving any sort of public sharing up to the client ONLY.

Yes! I make "couple" scribbles often, no extra charge.2. Can [two characters] be in the same scribble together?
Yes, just keep in mind you'll be charged double unless one character is very small, then I may halve the price in place of a second scribble, et cetera. I may decline this request if squeezing two characters in the same scribble isn't competent.

Glad you asked, Doodles are considered “colored sketches” while Illustrations are “clean/rendered”; Illustrations are properly lined and colored and may even receive some polished rendering and effects while Doodles are loose and unrefined. Illustrations are also a bigger file size than Doodles. Doodles will always have a default grey background while Illustrations have a custom color background or a fully rendered background if desired. Some Illustrations can have a transparent version upon request, Doodles can not and requests for this will be denied.

CUSTOM CHARACTER DESIGN
$85 Base Price
+$25 additional hour
💸— Base Price only covers the first four hours of work or less and should it exceed that, it’s +$25 for every new hour working on the character concepts and finalized design. (Procreate’s canvas timer is used to keep track of time spent on a project)
— Have a reliable direct messaging system such as Discord or Telegram to keep in contact with me as I will be messaging you with wips and discussing ideas; there will be a lot of verbal exchange between us to ensure I make a product you are happy with.
— After the design is complete, you are allowed to edit/change your new character’s design all you want and as needed. (I still have all copyrights to my art)
— Scrapped designs have the potential to be re-envisioned into adoptables (typically if my personal favorite colorway a/o outfit design is not chosen for the final); should this happen, a promise is ensured that the adoptable will effectively be redesigned and will NOT be recognizable to a custom design whatsoever, including changing silhouette/body type, gender, clothing, features/proportions, sometimes even species. if you wish to use scrapped concepts, PLEASE say so.

COMIC
$25 per hour
💸DOODLE STYLE: $150-250 (6-10 hours) per page
ILLUSTRATION STYLE: $325-575 (13-23 hours) per page
(current price statistics: 11/30/2025)(prices are only AVERAGES taken from previous comic projects and may not be what your project will cost!)— Comics are paid by the hour until completion, Procreate’s canvas timer is used to keep track of time and provided with every update.
— Payments are made in increments of 6-12 hours minimum depending on art style, double is recommended up front for comics longer than 2 pages.
— "Production" begins after full discussion is done, written blueprints for all pages are approved and the first payment is made. Everyone involved MUST be present/active during production time.
— Comic workflow is one stage at a time, meaning the inks/lines for all pages get completed first before proceeding to colors/finish.
— Due to the simple nature of pricing, things such as alternate versions, designing/completing characters as well as other time-consuming tasks will be considered.
— MUST have a reliable messaging platform such as Discord or Telegram. If a project contains characters owned by other people, group chats are doable.
— Everyone involved will receive full-res and any other files via Discord/Telegram DMs or Dropbox.
