rules and expectations
— I accept USD via PayPal Invoices and will only start work once payment is received.
— Depending on commission type, you may receive watermarked thumbnails/WIPs for the piece, which allows for changes and suggestions, and shows a rough estimation to what the finished product could look like. Completion of scrapped thumbnails requires extra payment.
— You will receive Full Resolution file(s) of your finished commission via Discord DM and/or a link to my Commission Archive (Dropbox). They won't be immediately deleted for your convenience, however because of Dropbox's limited storage, the oldest files will be deleted as new files need to be added.
— I support connection and communication, you can ask me at any time for updates on your commission, before and after wips/thumbnails are given.
— Refunds will ONLY given if the commission is yet to be started or if I am unable to proceed with the commission for whatever reason.
— I still have full copyrights to my work, and may use it to promote myself such as posting finished commissions to my portfolio/social medias.
— Commissioned artwork from porcuMoose Artistries is for non-commercial use ONLY and will not be resold for profit such as use in merchandise. If I discover a client using commissioned art for profit/merchandising, I am allowed to reclaim/reuse the art without refund as well as blacklist you from future commissions.
— I will not mimic another artist's art style and will always interpret characters in my style, which may involve minor stylistic changes and slight hue changes to colors, especially if they're too bright/harsh. (it hurts my eyes) overly cartoony styles might be adhered if it belongs to a franchise/not a singular average artist.
— I am not nor will I ever be an NFT(Non-Fungible Token) artist nor do I permit my art-- commissioned or not-- to be sold as NFTs. If I discover a client using commissioned art as NFTs or alter my art using AI programs, I am allowed to reclaim/reuse the art without refund as well as blacklist you from future commissions.
— I am not nor will I ever allow or contribute to AI(Artificial Intelligence) "art" generators including but not limited to Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E etc-- commissioned or not. If I discover a client using commissioned art to train AI-generated imagery, I am allowed to reclaim/reuse the art without refund as well as blacklist you from future commissions.
— If a project becomes "experimental" using a menu type(Doodle, Illustration etc) as a template, there is a chance further payments will be needed after the initial payment should the time taken making the artwork exceeds my estimated guess and will become an hourly wage of $20/hour until completion. Added time/payments may be needed in cases of excessive revisions, sequence/comic art, art including backgrounds, excessive props, excessive rendering, and more.
— "Ghosting" Termination policy: if no responses from the client occurs for two weeks at any point during the commission process(after payment's been made), I am allowed to terminate the commission with no refund, consider any excess payment that wasn’t used up in the commission process a no-show/ghosting fee. full-res files of the art as-is will be sent to the client, and the discussion is closed.
— Lastly, I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason without explanation.By hiring me, Yendy Sauveterre, to do commission work, you automatically accept these terms and conditions even if you don't read them.

— Private commissions, meaning they won't be posted to sites/socials. (there is an added +25% fee)
— Original Characters/‘Sonas.
— ANY SPECIES; Anthros/Furries, Human/oids(any body type, race, gender and/or ethnicity), Mutants/Hybrids, Monsters, Cryptids, Creatures, Original Species(closed or open), Quadrupeds, Feral animals(real or fictional).
— Characters of all ages.
— Horror, Gore, Violence. (minor or major)
— Various art styles such as realism, semi-realism, toon or fandom styles. (this excludes anime)
— Mature themes including Sexual Nudity, Pinups or Fetishes. (MUST BE 18+)
— Clothing of all complexities.
— Canon characters from media, aka books/TV shows as long as there's visuals for reference.
— Fandoms and Fan-Characters.
— OC x Canon.
— Robots, Cyborgs/Prosthetics, Mechs.
— Comics/Sequential images.
— Sensitive Material. (not to be confused with offensive)

— Underage characters in inappropriate/exploitative situations, including Pedophilia/"Shota"/"Loli", substance use, etc.
— Incest of any kind, including "step" relatives.
— Fetishized Feral/Zoophilia/Bestiality.
— Characters with LGBT+ Fetishizing labels. (including but not limited to "femboy", "cuntboy/c-boy", "shemale", "dickgirl/d-girl", "herm/hermaphrodite", “trap” etc)
— POC/Race fetishization or other racist material.
— Sexist material.
— Real Life people, aka Celebrities, Socialites, Actors, Politicians and of course, Youtubers. This excludes yourself and/or any persons who have direct consent to be drawn by me.
— Anime/Manga styles of any kind. (will be interpreted in my style)
— Characters based off descriptions; visuals must be provided; Clear and unwatermarked digital references preferred but will allow traditional/3D models if you don’t mind me guessing colors. (this rule is void for Custom Character Design commissions)
— Glamor/Fetishization of mental illnesses, self-harm, abuse etc.
Speed Fee:
+25% upcharge
when the Speed Fee is requested and paid, your commission will be worked on immediately rather than when you're up next in line of the Queue. this fee is good for deadlines or if you're just impatient. this fee is an additional +25% of the total commission price.
Private Commission Fee:
+50% upcharge
when the Private Comm Fee is requested and paid, your commission will not be posted to public social media platforms. posting commissions is my primary method of promoting myself, this fee is simply compensation for not being able to use the art for this purpose. this fee is an additional +50% of the total commission price.

CHARACTER BADGE
$20 EACH
💸— 240x240 Headshot, no WIPs will be provided.
— Can be used as decoration, avatars, etc, with credit.
— Complex designs or characters with large or long horns/ears/hair etc are shrunk/simplified to fit within the 240x240 canvas.
— May add head/face/neck accessories if they work with the provided space.
— Multi-headed characters might be eligable for a single badge, however will be turned down if incapable.
CHARACTER SCRIBBLE

— Complex designs or characters with large or long horns/ears/hair etc are shrunk/simplified to fit within the 370x370 canvas.FAQ:
1. Can you make [two characters] matching/looking at each other/coupled?
Yes! I make "couple" scribbles often, no extra charge.2. Can [two characters] be in the same scribble together?
Yes, just keep in mind you'll be charged double unless one character is very small, then I may halve the price in place of a second scribble, et cetera. I may decline this request if squeezing two characters in the same scribble isn't competent/looks too forced.
CHARACTER ICON
💸 $45 EACH 💸— 500x500 Headshot/Bust, sketch WIP will be provided for preview.
— Can be used as decoration, avatars, etc, with credit.
— May add head/face/neck accessories if they work with the provided space. Hands added into frame either touching the face or holding a prop can be added.
— Background color/pattern is chosen at random by me or can be requested by client, including solid color, gradient, simple pattern, pride flag, etc.
CHARACTER DOODLE

+$25 complexity fee— Single-Character Fullbody colored sketch of any character within Do’s & Dont’s guidelines.
— Complexity fees may apply to intricate designs/colors/patterns/clothes, extra body parts, mechanical/armor, added bg elements and props, extra rendering needed, etc.
— You will recieve a single file with my standard grey background either by Discord/Telegram DMs or via Dropbox depending on communication platform.

1. What’s the difference between the Doodles and Illustrations?
Glad you asked, Doodles are considered “colored sketches” while Illustrations are “clean/rendered”; Illustrations are properly lined and colored and may even receive some polished rendering and effects while Doodles are loose and unrefined. Illustrations are also a bigger file size than Doodles. Doodles will always have a default grey background while Illustrations have have a custom color background to a fully rendered background. Some Illustrations can have a transparent version upon request, Doodles can not and requests for this will be denied.2. Is the background not getting colored?
No, Doodles are intended to be character-focused, therefore any implied background or background elements that aren't an important prop connected to the character/character's actions do not get colored. The most they get is the lines getting recolored. If you want background elements properly colored, I suggest the Illustration Style below.
ILLUSTRATION STYLE

CUSTOM CHARACTER DESIGN
💸 $75 Base Price 💸
+$20 additional hour— Base Price only covers the first five hours of work or less and should it exceed that, it’s +$20 for every new hour working on the character concepts and finalized design. (Procreate’s canvas timer is used to keep track of time spent on a project)
— Have a reliable direct messaging system-- preferably Discord or Telegram but I am flexible if needed-- to keep in contact with me as I will be messaging you with wips and discussing ideas; there will be a lot of verbal exchange between us to ensure I make a product you are happy with.
— You will be purchasing all concepts and the finalized design and you are allowed to edit/change your new character’s design all you want and as needed. (I still have all copyrights to my art)
— Do not edit my art without permission. Asking me to make minor edits later on is okay free of charge unless it’s time-consuming, then I may inquire further payment.
